Reservations & Booking Confirmation
- All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful completion of the booking and/or payment requirements.
- Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
- The hotel reserves the right to contact the guest to verify booking details.
Rates & Payments
- Room rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.
- Rates may vary depending on room type, dates, occupancy, promotions, and applicable booking conditions.
- Additional charges, taxes, service fees, and other applicable fees will be indicated during the booking process.
- Payment terms depend on the rate and booking conditions selected.
Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
- Guests may be required to present valid identification with booking confirmation upon check-in.
Cancellation & No-Show

All bookings are non-refundable
Once a reservation is confirmed, payments cannot be refunded. Please double-check your dates, room and number of guests before you book.
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected rate or booking conditions.
- Guests are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation policy before completing their reservation.
- Cancellations made after the permitted cancellation period may be subject to charges.
- In case of a no-show, the applicable booking or cancellation policy will apply.
Occupancy & Extra Guests
- Room occupancy is based on the maximum number of guests specified for the selected room.
- Additional guests are subject to applicable extra-person charges.
- Children aged 5 years old and below may stay free of charge when sharing the existing bed with their parents or legal guardians.
- Children aged 6 years old and above are considered adults and will be subject to the applicable adult or extra-person charge.
Special Requests
- Special requests such as specific room locations, bed preferences, early check-in, late check-out, or other arrangements are subject to availability.
- While the hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, they are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed by the hotel.
Hotel Facilities & Services
- Hotel facilities and services are subject to availability and operating schedules.
- Certain facilities may temporarily be unavailable due to maintenance, weather conditions, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond the hotel’s control.
Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to comply with the hotel’s rules and regulations during their stay.
- The hotel reserves the right to take appropriate action, including cancellation of a stay, in cases of serious misconduct, damage to property, or violation of hotel policies.
- Guests may be held responsible for damages, losses, or additional cleaning costs caused by themselves or members of their party.
Identification
- Guests may be required to present valid identification with booking confirmation upon check-in.
Force Majeure
- The hotel shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Privacy
- Guest information will be handled in accordance with the hotel’s applicable privacy policy and relevant data protection laws.
- Information provided during the reservation process may be used for booking administration, guest communication, and other purposes necessary to provide the requested services.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
- The hotel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
- The applicable terms are those presented to the guest at the time of booking, unless otherwise required by law.
House Rules
Chillax is a shared, social space. These rules keep it comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.
- Guests must provide a valid identification card upon check-in.
- Check-in time is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Requests for an early check-in or late check-out must be arranged with the front desk and may incur additional charges.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests during this time.
- Be considerate of other guests’ belongings. Do not use or touch items that do not belong to you. Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The hostel is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room, including the use of electronic cigarettes. Designated smoking areas can be found on the balcony.
- Keep the hostel clean. As a courtesy to your fellow guests and staff, always clean up after yourself. This includes throwing away trash and keeping your personal belongings organized.
- Communicate with the staff if you have any concerns or issues during your stay. We are here to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- The pool is open from 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM. No pushing and no glass.
- Food is not allowed in the rooms.
- Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the hostel caused by them during their stay. Henna tattoos can cause permanent stains on sheets and towels. If staining occurs on the property, a fee will be charged per affected item.
- No pets are allowed in the hostel.
